I cannot beggin to express how good this dvd is its has good music its very well edited good production good instruction first it starts with the stand up aspects of fighting then it moves on to ground fighting and it actually ends up showing you how to transition from the standing techniques to the ground and then how to finish the fight really recommend it i will boldly say that this dvd could easilly retail for 50 bucks yea its that good get it now
