I normally don’t wear shorts like this but ofc I did dress it up to make it look more classy ! They were a perfect fit , not extra . Perfect !The included laces did not allow for a proper coverage or to be least all the way to the bottom. However, replacing with some different lacings gave them so much more personality and gave me a little more coverage, these are my new Concert shorts for sure!!Fit was ok, picture shows them short short and cheeky. Short but not cheeky, husband gave them a thumbs down, bought to be cheeky, ok fabric.So I figured by pick it’s was like those black skinny jeans texture but nope it’s like coarse t shirt feel very unpleasant heavily riding and had pain in ass getting on but I did no way to truly tell front from back and comes fully unlacedI read a lot if descriptions, I think this one mentioned high rise but I'm not sure. They're not high rise, they're regular fit. I can't wear high or mid rise but I'm finding it very difficult to find regular rise. Amazon recommended a L and I'm happy with them. I'm 5'7", 185lbs. The draw back is the string us not sealed in the ends so it frays when lacing them. Being they're lace up, they're adjustable and they have some stretch. I got the side lace in white and the front lace in blackSuper comfy, great fit. Just wish there was a bottom to keep the pants shut. I love the strings but seems like a button is also needed. I love them though!I bought a size large as I am 5’4”, 180, pants size 8/10. These shorts fit well and I enjoyed having a zipper in the back so I wouldn’t have to untie them. I found the laces hard to tie with space between each row like on the model, mine ended up more of an upside down triangle to stay on correctly. Overall I loved them and I got many compliments at Lollapalooza for these!The cords that come with the shorts are okay. I usually am a size small but after wearing them, I realize that they are too big. There is too much fabric, so I had to tie the sides really tight so it would fit and by that point, you can’t see lacing on the sides which defeats the purposes of purchasing them.
